Dr Marilyn Clarke
Dr Marilyn Clarke is a proud Worimi woman and Australia’s first Aboriginal obstetrician & gynaecologist. She is based on the north coast of NSW and has over 20 years of clinical experience. Her research interests include smoking cessation care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander pregnant women, and culturally safe models of antenatal care for high risk pregnancies in First Nations women. She is current chair of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG) First Nations Women’s Health Committee.
