| SOMANZ and ISOM are excited to host an MFM colloquium as a prelude to our joint congress – an opportunity for Australian and New Zealand MFMs, international MFMs, and anyone with an interest in the intersection of maternal and fetal medicine to come together and discuss recent developments and future directions for this most multidisciplinary area of healthcare. We will also review local and international approaches to training in this field, sharing experience and ideas for how the next generation of MFM subspecialists might best be fostered. | |

| The Australian/Aotearoa New Zealand Preeclampsia Research Network is looking forward to holding a workshop prior to the joint SOMANZ and ISOM Congress. We invite researchers in preeclampsia and other hypertensive disorders of pregnancy from Australia, Aotearoa New Zealand, and international guests attending SOMANZ/ISOM to attend. APN will discuss recent research in the field, and how scientists and clinician-researchers can best translate research findings into practice. Representatives of consumer organisations are particularly encouraged to attend to assist APN in research prioritisation and implementation strategies. | |
