Headaches are a very common presentation in pregnancy, but can be a source of great anxiety and frsutration for patient and clinician. This talk will aim to provide a framework for evaluation and management of the pregnant patient with headache for the generalist, by reviewing current research on epidemiology, pathophysiology, diagnostic imaging and treatment, in an approachable and practical format. Areas of particular focus will include migraine headaches, and pregnancy-related secondary headaches.
